I remember back in the 80’s the original Transformers cartoon show was on television. Yes, I am old enough to remember that decade and yes, it was great! Anyway, these cars & trucks turned into giant “Transformer” robots that were more powerful than they were prior to their transformation.
In Christ, we are transformed into something better and with His help, more powerful, than we were before we knew Him. We become conquerors & overcomers!
The world & satan will throw battles our way each day and most of us struggle with something. Whether it’s fear, worry, doubt, addiction or whatever the case, in Christ we can overcome those things. They are of this world and we’re not to conform to the pattern of this world. Instead, we’re to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.
Pray and seek His help to overcome the struggles and burdens that are weighing you down. In everything you do remember that YOU HAVE THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST IN YOU AND HE OVERCAME THE WORLD! Nothing is impossible for Him!
Ephesians 3:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us
Ephesians 6:10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 8: 31-39 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all – how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one.
